Over the long weekend, I enjoyed one of my July 4th favorites - a hot dog. We had a cookout with friends and family. We drank beer, (ok, and bourbon). There was apple pie, brownies, ice cream, corn on the cob. And the pain I endured as the Yankees dropped one to the Mets was overshadowed by another fascinating 4th phenom from which I cannot look away: Joey Chestnut. The man can really take down hot dogs. I even bought the Nathan’s brand in homage to him. To watch the Coney Island spectacular is to literally not believe one’s eyes. 70 hot dogs in 10 minutes. Sure, he’s had periodic competitors (Kobayashi with 6), but our boy Joey took down his 17th win. He is, as we say in the market, an unrivaled secular winner. Nvidia is, in fact, the Joey Chestnut of AI. And so, it got me thinking…
